Morning along the shore

Have you ever taken a train in the morning..? Along the shore.

In SriLanka, travelling to work in the morning is a nightmare. It takes ages.. and the streets are soo crowded with vehicles that you waste loads of time in traffic.
Since that I am having my industrial training in a company which is like 20km away from home.. Everyday I have to spend travelling..
(would you ike to guess how much time it takes to travel those 20km ? )

Well, it’s not all bad.. I seem to get lot more reading done now that I have like 3 hours travelling each day.. (to and from work).

.. it takes more than 1.5 hours ..
(I really don’t think you could have guessed right if you haven’t experienced colombo..)

Yesterday I was little bit late.. and thought of taking a train..
The tran is a lot faster way to travel. It takes leess than half an hour, if nothing unusual happens.
The train was so darn crowded that I could not get inside and I was left in the footboard. And the whole ride was simply wonderful..
The rail road goes along the sea shore. You simply can’t get enough of sea.. ever.. It’s such a beautiful view.. And the cool morning breeze hitting in your face is simply reviewing your spirits.. It was such a nice ride that I really dint even feel the distance..

Hey I am not kidding.. Just take a train along that path in the morning or in teh eve around sunset.. I bet you won’t regret it..

But there’s one catch.. Don’t geet inside the carriage. The carirages are so packed around that time that you can’t even find place to keep your feet..

Well.. I’d be sure to take the train tomorrow.. Only if I can figure out a way to book a place on the footboard beforehand..
